SPRING

Spring first brings wattles and blossoms, and late in September budburst on the vines. On the October long weekend we will be releasing our new Tinto 2018, a savoury and intense blend of Tempranillo and Graciano. Come out and try it with our spring bistro menu!

AUGUST

Don’t be afraid of winter. The days are often clear and crisp, but rainy days are equally good—views of clouds piled on the Brindabellas, fog drifting across Surveyors Hill, a cosy wood fire in the cellar door/bistro, warming winter food.  

WINTER

Celebrate the cold season at the Hills of Hall FIRESIDE FESTIVAL on 13 and 14 July, with strumming at five venues from the Ukulele Republic of Canberra. Fireplaces, winter food, warming wine, live music—what could be better!
